Interpretation

The NOTAM announces an amendment to the RNP RWY 09 LPV instrument approach procedure, affecting all categories. The decision height (DA) for LPV is updated to 998/750 meters with a visibility requirement of 310 meters. Additionally, when the approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative, the required visibility for all categories (A, B, C, D) is increased to 1400 meters.
