Interpretation

Traffic restrictions are possible in Vilnius CTR/TMA (EYVI) due to expected hot air balloon flights from 0215 to 0415 and 1630 to 1830. Arrival and departure traffic may be delayed up to 30 minutes. IAF/HLDG VNO is not available, radar vectoring is expected instead. Published missed approach procedures are not available, follow ATC instructions. In case of RCF of a non-RNAV equipped aircraft, the pilot shall proceed to an alternate aerodrome.
