Interpretation

Taxiway A is provisionally closed, lit and barricaded. Departing aircraft must use follow-me for runway 13 access via Taxiway Alpha, or use Taxiway Bravo followed by backtaxi and a 180 on runway 13 at the turn pad on the north side of the runway. The runway turn pad is unlit and unmarked and may be used during daylight hours only.
