Interpretation

Lighting repair work is being conducted on the edges of specified taxiways (R1, R2, Q1, Q2, T1, T2), apron ramp, parking areas, and the runway strip. Personnel and equipment will vacate the area 15 minutes before each aircraft movement. Exercise caution.
