Interpretation

Lighting work is in progress on the edges of taxiways R1, R2, Q1, Q2, T1, and T2, on the approach lighting system at threshold 21, and within the runway strip. Personnel and equipment will be present and will vacate at least 15 minutes before each aircraft movement. Caution is advised.
