Interpretation

Traffic within HSSS FIR is to operate according to the following procedures: NUBAR is available as an exit point only for traffic landing at HSSK aerodrome; SISID is available as an entry point only for traffic departing HSSK aerodrome; ALEBA is available for traffic to/from HSPN aerodrome and for overflying HSSS FIR as follows: northbound traffic departing HSPN to cross ALEBA at FL300, northbound overflights to cross ALEBA at or above FL320 on even levels only, southbound traffic destined for HSPN to cross ALEBA at FL310 or FL330, and southbound overflights to cross ALEBA at or above FL350 on odd levels only. ATMUL and ENABU are not available except for state and humanitarian flights with prior permission from Egyptian CAA.
