Interpretation

Work in progress behind Bay 18 at PSN 012005.10S 0365524.49E. Departing Code D and above aircraft parked at Bays 17–21 and J7–J9 must push back and be towed to abeam Bay 17 before starting engines. Departing Code C and below aircraft parked at Bay 18 must push back and be towed to abeam Bay 17 before starting engines. Code C and below aircraft parked at Bays 17, 19–21, and J7–J9 may push back, start engines, and taxi out under own power. Arriving Code C and below aircraft to Bays 18–21 shall enter under own power. Arriving Code D and above aircraft to Bays 18–21 shall shut down engines abeam Bay 17 and be towed to their bays.
