Interpretation
Bird strike hazard (BASH) Phase II is in effect at KADW, restricting arrivals, departures, and local training sorties within one hour of sunrise and sunset. Waivers can be granted by the respective OG/CC. Missions such as PAG, CVAM, and Banner Express are exempt from this restriction. Non-USAF DoD and civilian aircraft commanders must follow their agency or company guidance.
