Interpretation

The IAP for Newark Liberty International Airport has been amended to include a new missed approach procedure for the Copter ILS Y or LOC Y RWY 4L. The missed approach requires a climb to 520 feet, followed by a climbing right turn to 2000 feet direct to TYNIE, and then on track 015 to NEBTE, crossing NEBTE at or above a specified altitude.
