HI-TACAN RWY 14 (AMDT 4C) at Jacksonville Intl has revised minimums effective 2511271700-2606031700EST: straight-in RWY 14 CAT C/D/E MDA 520/493 with visibility 1; circling CAT C MDA 640/HAA 610 with visibility 1 3/4; when ALS is inoperative, increase visibility to 1 3/8 SM. Temporary cranes near the airport are driving these changes, including one 536 ft south of the airport at 279 MSL and another 1959 ft west of RWY 14 at 143 MSL.
