Interpretation

The ILS or LOC approach for runway 10R at Capital Region International Airport in Lansing, MI has been amended. The decision altitude for the ILS approach is 1153 feet with a height above touchdown of 292 feet. Visibility requirements for all categories is a runway visual range (RVR) of 4000 feet.
