Interpretation
The Instrument Approach Procedure (IAP) for LaGuardia Airport, New York, NY, for ILS or LOC RWY 13 has been amended. The new minimum descent altitude (MDA) for S-LOC 13 is 880 feet with a height above touchdown (HAT) of 868 feet for all categories. Visibility requirements for categories C and D are 2 miles.
