Interpretation

Midland International Air and Space Port Takeoff Minimums and (Obstacle) Departure Procedures Amendment 1A changes Runway 28 takeoff minimums to 300-1 3/8, or standard with a minimum climb of 246 feet per nautical mile to 3,200 feet. Runway 28 obstacle notes identify temporary rigs beginning 1.06 NM from the departure end of runway and 2,070 feet left of centerline, 175 feet AGL and up to 3,067 feet left of centerline (2026-ASW-4244/4245-OE), plus a temporary rig 1.1 NM from the departure end, 2,102 feet left of centerline, 175 feet AGL/3,064 feet MSL (2025-ASW-2957/2958-OE).
