Interpretation

The Kansas City International ILS or LOC RWY 1L approach, amendment 19A, has revised minima: S-ILS 1L DA 1274 feet MSL/HAT 260 feet for all categories; circling MDA 1640 feet MSL/HAA 613 feet for all categories; and circling visibility of 1 3/4 miles for category C and 2 1/4 miles for category E. Temporary construction equipment up to 1285 feet MSL begins 1.2 NM east of the airport, and temporary cranes at 1069 and 1070 feet MSL are southwest of RWY 1L.
