Interpretation

At Kansas City International, RNAV (GPS) Y RWY 27 Amendment 4 is changed. LNAV minimums are MDA 1,600 feet/HAT 573 feet for all categories, with 1 1/4 statute miles visibility for Categories C and D. Circling minimums are MDA 1,640 feet/HAA 613 feet for all categories, with 1 3/4 statute miles visibility for Category C. When the ALS is inoperative, LNAV visibility for Categories C and D increases to 1 5/8 statute miles. The changes account for temporary construction equipment up to 1,285 feet MSL beginning 2,505 feet northeast of RWY 27.
