Interpretation

KMCI – RNAV (GPS) Y RWY 19L (Amdt 4): LNAV MDA raised to 1440 ft MSL (HAT 445). Circling MDA raised to 1640 ft MSL (HAA 613) for all categories; circling visibility for Category C is 1 3/4. Changes are due to a temporary crane at 1135 ft MSL located 2239 ft southwest of RWY 19L and temporary construction equipment up to 1285 ft MSL beginning 1.2 NM east of KMCI. Effective from 2026-03-09 14:48 until 2026-10-19 23:55 EST.
