Interpretation

The Kansas City International ILS or LOC RWY 19L approach, amendment 5A, has revised minimums: S-LOC 19L MDA 1420 feet/HAT 425 feet for all categories; circling MDA 1660 feet/HAA 633 feet for all categories, with visibility of 1 3/4 miles for category C and 2 1/4 miles for category E. With the approach lighting system inoperative, increase category E S-ILS 19L visibility to RVR 4000 and S-LOC 19L visibility to 1 1/4 miles. The VDP is at 2.93 DME, 1.20 NM from the threshold. Temporary cranes and construction equipment are noted near the airport.
