Interpretation

The Kansas City International RNAV (GPS) Y RWY 1L procedure, Amendment 4, is changed. LPV DA is 1,284 feet with HAT 270 and RVR 2,000 for all categories. Circling MDA is 1,640 feet with HAA 613 for all categories, with circling visibility of 1 3/4 miles for Category C. The changes account for temporary construction equipment up to 1,285 feet MSL beginning 1.2 NM east of KMCI and temporary cranes southwest of RWY 1L at 1,069 and 1,070 feet MSL.
