Interpretation
At Frederick W Smith Intl/Memphis, Memphis, TN, the ILS OR LOC RWY 18L approach is changed. S-ILS 18L minimums are DA 786/HAT 485 with visibility RVR 5000 for all categories. Brysn fix minimums are S-LOC 18L MDA 800/HAT 499, with visibility RVR 4000 for categories A/B and RVR 5000 for categories C/D/E.
