Amendment 4B to the RNAV (GPS) Y approach for runway 35L at Will Rogers International Airport in Oklahoma City, OK, specifies an LNAV minimum descent altitude of 1640 feet and a height above touchdown of 364 feet for all categories. Visibility category C/D/E requires a runway visual range of 3500 feet. The visual descent point is not applicable, and for inoperative MALSR, the visibility for LNAV approaches for all categories must be increased to RVR.
