Interpretation

The RNAV (GPS) Y approach for runway 10L at Portland International Airport has been amended to include LNAV/VNAV decision altitude of 590 feet and height above touchdown of 560 feet for all categories, with visibility requirements of 6000 feet. The LNAV minimum descent altitude is 860 feet with a height above touchdown of 830 feet for all categories, and visibility for category B is 4000 feet with a decision height of 1 7/8 miles. Circling minimums for category A are also included.
