Interpretation

The ILS or LOC approach for RWY 10R at Portland International Airport has been amended. The new decision altitude (DA) for the ILS approach is 299 feet above mean sea level (HAT 275) applicable to all categories, with a visibility requirement of 2000 feet for all categories. Minimums at JADNU FIX for the S-LOC approach include a minimum decision altitude (MDA) of 560 feet (HAT 536) for all categories, with visibility requirements of 5500 feet for CAT C/D.
