Interpretation

The RNAV (GPS) Y approach for runway 26 at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport has been amended to version 3. The minimum descent altitude (MDA) is 1880 feet with a height above touchdown (HAT) of 745 feet for all categories. Visibility requirements are 1 1/4 miles for Category B and 2 miles for Categories C and D. The circling minimum descent altitude (MDA) is also 1880 feet with a height above airport (HAA) of 745 feet for Categories A and B. The visual descent point (VDP) is located 2.11 nautical miles from the runway.
