Interpretation
The ILS or LOC procedures for RWY 10R at Pittsburgh International, including amendments for CAT I, II, and III approaches, are updated. A missed approach procedure requires climbing to 1900 feet, then a right turn to 5000 feet direct to HLG VOR/DME and hold. Radar is mandated for procedure entry unless the aircraft is equipped with a suitable RNAV system with GPS. The AGC VOR is out of service.
