Interpretation
For the Reading Regional/Carl A. Spaatz Field RNAV (GPS) RWY 31 approach, Amendment 1, when the local altimeter setting is not received, use the MDT altimeter setting, increase all MDAs by 100 feet, and increase LP visibility for Category A aircraft by 1/4 statute mile. The VDP is not authorized when using the MDT altimeter setting. The ASOS is out of service.
