Interpretation

The HI ILS or LOC Z runway 15 instrument approach procedure is amended: ILS DA is 519 feet with HAT 225 feet for all categories; RVR is 40 and visibility is 3/4 statute mile for all categories. LOC MDA is 860 feet with HAT 566 feet for all categories, with visibility of 1 1/4 statute miles for all categories.
