Interpretation

The ILS or LOC Y Runway 33 instrument approach procedure is amended: LOC minimum descent altitude is 700 feet with HAT 425 for all categories; RVR 40 and visibility 3/4 mile apply to categories C, D, and E. When the approach lighting system is inoperative, increase categories C, D, and E visibility to 1 1/4 miles.
