Interpretation

The minimum descent altitude (MDA) for the RNP RWY 22 instrument approach procedure has been changed to 390 feet (1500 meters) for CAT AB and 390 feet (1600 meters) for CAT CD. Additionally, when the approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative, the required RVR/VIS has been increased to 1800 meters.
