Interpretation

Due to the PHA VOR being unserviceable because of calibration, crews should expect RNAV1 SIDs, RNP approaches for RWY11 and RWY29, and RNP to ILS approaches for RWY29. Additionally, there have been reports of GPS spoofing/jamming occurrences near LCPH airport, which have seriously impacted onboard navigation systems, necessitating vigilance during GNSS procedures.
