Interpretation

Pilots are warned of a risk of runway confusion due to the proximity and relative orientation of the runways. Crews must exercise increased vigilance during final approach and line-up. For day and night visual approach procedures (VPT A, VPT B, VPT D, visual app), use of runway threshold lights, runway threshold identification lights (flashing lights), and PAPI systems is mandatory.
