Interpretation

Local pre-trial A-CDM operational procedures are in force at the airport, requiring ground handlers to report and update TOBT, communicate TSAT to airspace users, display TOBT and TSAT on A-VDGS where available, pilots to request a TOBT update if it cannot be met, be ready for start-up clearance and on the delivery frequency within the TSAT window, departure clearance (except squawk) to be available 18 minutes before EOBT or later, pilots to contact ground control for pushback or taxi within 5 minutes of ASAT, TSAT to expire if no pushback or taxi is requested by ASAT+5 with a new TOBT then required, and push-and-hold procedures to be used to avoid holding arriving aircraft when stands are occupied.
