Interpretation

The secondary power supply for aerodrome lighting is available with a switch-over time of more than 1 second but less than 15 seconds due to an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) failure. Take-offs on runway 08/26 are not permitted when RVR is below 800 m. See AIP AD 2 LICC 1-36 and 1-43.
