Interpretation

Standard instrument departure procedures are changed for SID RNAV1 or RNP1 RWY 12 LUMAV 1K, LOMED 1K, LOMED 1J, LUPOS 1K, LUPOS 1J, PELEG 1K and PELEG 1J, and SID VOR RWY 12 LUMAV 1U, LOMED 1U, LUPOS 1U and PELEG 1U.
