Interpretation

Runway 15/33 and taxiway 'A' are closed to all traffic due to work in progress. There are men and equipment present, and they are in radio contact with the tower. The runway and taxiway will be available 60 minutes prior notice. This closure occurs daily from 2100 to 0400.
