Interpretation

The instrument approach procedure for RNP runway 04 has been amended, increasing the IFR minima. The LNAV/VNAV decision altitude (DA) is now 1142/900 meters for categories A, B, C, and D, with a visibility requirement of 300 meters. The LNAV minimum descent altitude (MDA) is now 1240/1400 meters for categories A, B, C, and D, with a visibility requirement of 398 meters. When the approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative, the required runway visual range (RVR) must be increased to 1400 meters for the DA and to 1800 meters for the MDA.
