Interpretation
The instrument approach procedure for runway 24 has been amended to increase IFR minima. The minimum decision altitude (DA) for LNAV/VNAV procedures is increased to 1507/900 meters with associated ALS inoperative. Pilots must also increase RVR/VIS to 1600 meters when ALS is inoperative. Additionally, LNAV minimum descent altitude (MDA) is set at 1620/1500 meters, and circling minima vary by category: CAT A 1680-1500 meters, CAT B 1760-1600 meters, CAT C 1890-2400 meters, and CAT D is not authorized.
