Interpretation

The instrument approach procedure for ILS or LOC RWY 34C has been amended. When the Touchdown Zone (TDZ) lights are inoperative, the Required Visual Range (RVR) should be increased to 750 meters. When the Approach Lighting System (ALS) is inoperative, the RVR/Visibility should be increased to 1200 meters.
