Interpretation

RNP Z RWY 16 approach amended: LPV DA minima increase to CAT A 1032/1300M, CAT B 1041/1400M, CAT C 1047/1400M, and CAT D 1055/1400M. If ALS is inoperative, CAT A RVR or visibility increases to 2000M, CAT B/C/D visibility increases to 2100M, and RVR is not authorized.
