Interpretation

The RNP Z runway 16 instrument approach procedure is amended to increase LPV decision altitude minima to: Category A 1032/1300 m, 435 (500-1300 m); Category B 1041/1400 m, 444 (500-1400 m); Category C 1047/1400 m, 450 (500-1400 m); and Category D 1055/1400 m, 458 (500-1400 m). When the approach lighting system is inoperative, increase Category A RVR/visibility to 2000 m and Categories B, C, and D visibility to 2100 m; RVR is not authorized.
