Interpretation

Radio communication failure procedure for flights below FL100 is temporarily changed due to DVOR/DME FUN unserviceable. In case of radio communications failure below FL100, squawk 7600. A) If visual with the runway, perform a visual approach. B) If IMC and flying on a STAR, continue descent to 3000 ft via the STAR, comply with all speed and altitude restrictions, and perform an RNAV (GNSS) or RNP-AR approach to the runway in use. C) If IMC and flying direct, continue descent to 3000 ft to PILIM to perform an RNAV (GNSS) or RNP-AR approach.
