Interpretation

RNP RWY 35 instrument approach procedure changed due to temporarily reduced approach lighting system length. LPV decision altitude and landing minima are raised to: Category A 500/900 m, Category B 510/900 m, Category C 530/1,000 m, and Category D 540/1,000 m. When the approach lighting system is inoperative, increase Category A RVR/visibility to 1,300 m and Categories B, C, and D RVR/visibility to 1,400 m.
