Interpretation

Advanced tower procedures are in force at LROP due to the start of departure information exchange for European standard A-CDM airports. LROP will send A-DPI messages to NMOC reporting TTOT to improve take-off time estimates. If an aircraft returns to stand after EOBT for any reason, the flight plan will be suspended in the ATM network with a C-DPI message, and the operator will receive an FLS message with the reason 'suspended by departure airport'; to revoke the suspension, operators must update EOBT with a DLA or CHG message.
