Interpretation

During construction on RWY 16L/34R, all traffic shall use RWY 16R/34L for landing and departure. For departures from THR 16R, intersection departures via TWY F are permitted based on declared distances with tower permission. If intersection departure is not feasible, enter RWY 16R/34L from TWY F or other appropriate taxiways as instructed, taxi to THR 16R, and backtrack using the marked turning pad at the threshold to take departure position.
