Interpretation

Runway 09/27 is undergoing maintenance work with personnel and equipment operating intermittently to facilitate runway markings. Operations will cease prior to landing and takeoff. Caution is advised in the area. The work is scheduled from 1711 to 2200 on the 9th and from 1200 to 2200 from the 10th to the 31st.
