Interpretation

During peak-activity slots on Monday 1400–1900, Tuesday 0700–1000, Wednesday 0400–1000 and 1600–1900, Saturday 1500–1800, and Sunday 0700–1000, only aircraft based in French Polynesia or previously scheduled to depart NTAA may file NTAA as an alternate aerodrome. Medical evacuation flights and flights in emergencies are exempt; other cases require prior authorization from the airport authority.
