Interpretation

AIP PAC-P AD 2 NTAA.22.4.2 is amended to state that omnidirectional departures are published to optimize departure management. They are protected for categories A, B, C and D, established using ICAO criteria, and may be used only upon ATC instruction; see AD 2 NTAA DEP OMNI RWY04-22 INSTR 01, for which there is no associated chart.
