Interpretation

Flights departing NTAA may experience traffic disruptions and delayed start-up clearance because of ATS capacity limitations. Medevac and SAR flights for the protection of people and property, international flights, and state flights are exempt from restrictions. VFR circuit training, aerobatic flights and IFR training flights are prohibited on November 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16, 18, 21, 22, 29 and 30 from 07:00 to 08:00 local time; November 7 from 07:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 local time; and November 14 and 20 from 16:00 to 19:00 local time. The NOTAM also specifies a 17:00–05:00 schedule. The French version is NOTAM C2687/26.
