Interpretation

Traffic disruptions and delayed start-up clearances are expected for flights departing NTAA due to ATS capacity limitations, daily from 1700 to 0500. Essential MEDEVAC and SAR flights, international flights, and state flights are exempt from restrictions. VFR pattern training, aerobatic flights, and IFR training flights are prohibited on August 6, 7, and 10 from 0700 to 0800 LT and 1530 to 1900 LT; on August 9 after 1530 LT; and on August 8, 13, 15, 17, 18, 23, 27, 28, and 31 from 0700 to 0800 LT.
