Interpretation

Traffic disruptions and delayed start-up clearances are expected for flights departing NTAA due to ATS capacity limitations, daily from 1700 to 0500. Essential MEDEVAC and SAR flights, international flights, and state flights are exempt from restrictions. VFR circuit training, IFR training, and aerobatic flights are prohibited on October 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 15, 18, 19, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27 from 0700 to 0800 local time; October 4, 10, 12, 16, and 22 from 1600 to 1900 local time; and October 21 from 0700 to 1200 and 1600 to 1900 local time.
