ATS reporting office operations are reduced. Flight plan processing is prioritised for essential flights for the protection of people and property (MEDEVAC and SAR), as well as commercial flights. Flight plan and flight intention submissions from non-commercial and military flights may be made by email to SEAC-PF-BRIA-BF(A)AVIATION-CIVILE.GOUV.FR and must be confirmed by receipt acknowledgement to ensure consideration. Submissions by phone are still possible at 40 86 11 51 but are not guaranteed.
