Kabul Tower control zone extends 6 NM up to 9500 ft. All arriving traffic must contact Tower on 125.4 MHz no closer than 30 NM from the CTR and provide: 1) call sign, 2) aircraft type, 3) departure aerodrome, 4) position (radial, DME, and flight level), 5) intentions (IFR approach: ILS/RNAV/VOR/visual, or VFR approach: downwind/base/final/straight-in).
